8500mē refurbishment of train depot in Cardiff. Q Flooring used a multi layer flooring system to replace the previous coating which had failed. A fast cure base coat was installed and carborundum aggregate was encapsulated in the resin to provide extremely hard wearing anti-slip properties. A chemical resistant seal coat was then applied to combat any oil and diesel spillages. The work was carried out with minimum disruption to the depot and it's daily maintenance workload.

600mē refurbishment of link walkway in education block using a fast curing acylic system with quartz aggregates to give anti-slip properties. The 2 hour curing system was used to enable the extremely strict programme remained unaffected.

Arbroath, Boston, Enfield, Manchester, Peacehaven, Tain and West Bridgford. Fast-curing decorative acrylic flake system was installed to all stores out of hours to ensure trading was not disrupted.

Q Flooring Systems was recently chosen to renovate the floor at Chorley Market Hall. 1100mē of the existing worn and uneven asphalt floor was overlaid with a fast-curing acrylic resin system with an anti-slip finish that can withstand heavy foot traffic and is easy to keep clean.

Q Flooring has used its expertise and the latest floor coating technology to provide a solution in a large canteen and a function room at a Burnley aerospace factory.

1200mē of the PermaFloor system was laid at this factory extension in Glasgow. Another 1800mē will be installed throughout 2009. The system was chosen for it's longevity, durability and the fact that it can be installed without a damp proof membrane present.

Q Flooring has installed a floor in a new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant for Fort Vale Engineering without disrupting the transfer of plant from their old factory.

800mē of Marble and Travertine floor tiling, including feature inserts, skirting and column bases. Due to the design of the bridge, mechanical movement joints were fixed at several locations. Matwells and entrance mats were supplied and fixed at 2 locations.

1000mē installation of granite wall cladding to arcade building. Coffee brown Indian Granite was chosen for the vertical cladding using a proprietry mechanical fixing system.

Work has recently completed on the extension and refurbishment of this shopping centre at the base of the famous tower. To achieve the design brief for a natural stone finish throughout, Q Flooring developed a specification based on a large format Jura limestone tile whereby 20mm material was used for all new build areas and a 10mm calibrated version was used for the refurbishment of the existing mall. The 2000mē project which included stair treads and cladding was completed over a 12 month period.

1200mē installation of Limestone flooring to renovate the Market Hall Shopping Arcade. The Limestone floor tiles were fixed on adhesive on the first floor areas and bedded on sand and cement on the ground floor areas. New entrance matting was also formed and fixed.

1500mē installation of slate paving tiles on sand and cement bed over proprietary reservoir drainage system and insulation.

600mē of installation of Granite wall cladding over a programme of 10 weeks. The grey and white 100mm thick Granite paving was fixed on a sand and cement bed.

300mē installtion of ceramic floor tiles to main entrance area at new terminal. Wall and floor tiles were also installed in the toilet areas.

Q Flooring Systems were recommended to Bolton Council to renovate the flooring in Boltons Ashburner Street Market as part of a programme of improvements.

New division formed to handle repairs and refurbishments in trading environments using the latest dust free equipment and cutting technology with highly skilled operatives used to working in stores without affecting the daily trading. The division also provides re-grinding and cleaning of existing store.
